RT by @mikenov: Leak: Russia’s Black Sea Fleet currently does not have a single combat-capable submarine. Kilo-class B-271 Kolpino has been sent for repairs prior to inspection. All other submarines are either permanently docked in inoperable condition or can only be used for training.
