Putin weaponized Mental Illness and uses it against America. This has to be clearly understood. The next question is: HOW IS IT DONE? The answer will require in depth, complex investigation by the FBI and other agencies, if needed. This problem is likely to become worse, especially before the Election. They (Putin, GRU, Russian Mafia) see this activity as the extension of their war with Ukraine. They want to sow chaos and to incite the civil war in US, using the same tactics as previously. This pattern has to be disrupted. Complete dismantling of the TOC (Putin’s foot soldiers) appears to be the key.

In all cases of suspect’s apparent suicide it has to be considered that the mass killing – shooting was carefully planned and executed by the third party which has set up and killed the suspect also, to mislead the investigation and to hide the real clues. The suspect’s financial difficulties may be the part of the setup. The ostentatious display of the firearms in suspects home may also be the part of the setup.
