The Signal chat leak controversy surrounding the Trump administration’s Yemen strikes has now taken a fresh turn. U.S. National Security Advisor Mike Waltz has taken full responsibility for the leak, calling it ’embarrassing.’
Waltz admitted to creating the Signal chat where sensitive U.S. attack details on Yemen were shared, but insisted the information was not classified. However, Democrats and former officials remain skeptical about the administration’s claims.
