— A gradual lifting of sanctions against Russia
— The return of frozen Russian assets only after Moscow agrees to contribute to Ukraine’s reconstruction
— An immediate ceasefire and prisoner exchange.
— Security guarantees for Ukraine, funds for damage repair, and a pathway for the country’s quick accession to the EU

The plan is reportedly still finalized and awaits Washington’s final approval
