Russian Duma member Zyuganov announced that the state should seize the populations’ bank deposits as soon as possible so “all that money can work for the state”. Being now discussed includes 67 trillion rubles from citizens and 63 trillion rubles from businesses, which “are lying in banks and not working for the Russian economy”. If this money were taken for the state’s use, it would be possible to close all the budget gaps.
