Investigate the foreign involvement in Puerto Rico Coup D’Etat of July 2019: New Abwehr, German, Russian, Israeli, Venezuelan, Cuban, and the relevant others.
I am especially concerned about possible Israeli involvement behind the scene, and also their interactions, in various forms and ways, including, very importantly, with Thomas Rivera Schatz, Douglas Leff, and the others. The hypothetical Israeli involvement should be viewed in conjunction with and in the light of the close alliance between Trump and the Israeli Political Right.
My impression is that the modern Israeli Jews feel entitled (why?) to rule the World and to spy on and to influence anything that moves. This feels disgusting to me, you arrogant and stupid new Israeli Jews. Mark this and write it on your walls. They, those newly baked James Bonds of Tel Aviv and environs, find the common language quite easily with the Nazi Pigs and with the new triple (Russian-Israeli-TOC-Mafia) FBI agents. They all are Abwehr-KGB Jews after all, which is the phenomenon in itself. The common denominator is simple and obvious: MONEY.
The re-a-h-h-h-ly Big Question is: To what degree is the FBI affected and penetrated by these triple-quadruple agents. My guess is: to the very significant degree.
Investigate Thomas Rivera Shatz, Douglas Leff, and others, and their hypothetical handlers and assistants to their depths of depths.
FBI: This coup in Puerto Rico is the major scandal, and you will not be able to sweep it under the rug. Everything and everyone will be investigated, including very much the FBI itself, and them – first of all, and most of all.

It seems to me that the criminal charges against Julia Keleher are politically motivated by the intense hate for her and her reforms on the part of the Leftist PR Teachers Union, representing the profession, that in local patriarchal conditions became retrograde, selfish, petty, vindictive, poorly educated, unwilling to work well but feeling quite entitled.
The press and her own reports present this version as the explanation, and convincingly enough.
“However, this alleged fraud actually has more to do with policies of reducing public school funding in favor of private and charter schools, a shift made popular by Education Secretary Betsy DeVos.”
The case against her appears to be manufactured, at least in part; and I would like to know HOW, BY WHOM, and WHY, for what purposes. The wire fraud statutes are well known to be interpreted over-broadly by the investigators and the prosecutors, and they might simply serve as the pretexts.
It is a big question if this case will stand in the Court of Law, and if it can and should be tried in Puerto Rico due to the obvious prejudicial political bias, and also if the jury selection will be adequate.

Yesterday, the former education secretary of Puerto Rico, Julia Keleher, returned to the island to stand trial after being arrested by the FBI on July 10th on fraud charges. Specifically, she and a government official in the insurance sector have been charged with using their government positions and connections to misdirect federal funding and award bloated, fraudulent contracts to their personal connections (several of whom were also arrested on the 10th). Some see this as vindication for the Trump administration, which has cited potential misuse of funds as one of their reasons for repeatedly trying to hold back much-needed funds, most recently funding for food stamps.
However, this alleged fraud actually has more to do with policies of reducing public school funding in favor of private and charter schools, a shift made popular by Education Secretary Betsy DeVos.This scandal comes as a shock to many, but those who have been paying close attention to Keleher’s salary and budgeting, as well as the state of education in Puerto Rico during her two-year tenure, saw her arrest as a vindication of what they have been protesting throughout her time in office. Keleher assumed the responsibilities of Puerto Rico’s education secretary in early 2017. There was immediate controversy over her salary— at $250,000 annually, she was already Puerto Rico’s highest-paid public official, earning ten times more than the average Puerto Rican teacher, three times more than Puerto Rico governor Ricardo Roselló, and 25% more than Secretary DeVos. She maintained this salary even after Hurricane Maria—in fact, she attempted to use a foundation’s donation to the Puerto Rican education system to raise it to $400,000, the same salary as the US President. In the wake of Hurricane Maria, she had to spearhead the education-related relief efforts. Keleher used this tragedy as an opportunity to try her own plans to redesign Puerto Rico’s school system. She led wide-scale education reform efforts and referred to the island’s education system as a ‘laboratory’ to test the DeVos model, as she pushed to adopt private school vouchers and charter schools while closing hundreds of public schools. While schools were struggling to recover from the hurricane, Kelleher worked to permanently close over 20% of them—263 public schools were shut down during her time as education secretary. Because of these closures, 5,000 teachers lost their jobs and 75,000 students were displaced.
All of this led to protests on local, national and international scales. In March 2018, thousands of educators marched to the capitol in protest of the voucher and charter school program. On twitter, critics started the hashtag “#JuliaGoHome” in order to publicly decry her unjust policies. In April of 2019, after she had resigned, Keleher attended an education conference at Yale to speak about leadership. At the conference, a student circulated a letter about the shortcomings and negative repercussions of Keleher’s so-called “reform” efforts. After her arrest, both of the island’s teachers’ unions issued statements that they felt vindicated in their longstanding disagreements with and protests against Keleher and her policies. One of these unions, the Asociación de Maestros de Puerto Rico (AMPR) had filed a lawsuit in April of last year to protest Keleher’s reforms, arguing that “the new law and separate fiscal reforms will cost teachers jobs, hurt students, and dismember the island’s public education system.” By that point, 179 schools had already been closed, and 263 would soon face the same fate.
After her resignation, Keleher published an opinion piece in the education news site Chalkbeat, where she speaks compellingly about the immense need in PR: students lack basic supplies like pencils and notebooks and suffer from PTSD, hunger, and lack of sleep. She then says “The truth is there were simply not enough resources available. Every year, as we prepared the agency budget request, I found myself frustrated by funding limitations and government-wide fiscal constraints.” In context, this statement is infuriating. The poverty and trauma she speaks of is real, as are the funding limitations. However, if she had truly been moved to help these students, she would not have allegedly misdirected funds that could have been used to help them.
Keleher’s scandal reveals the truth that she and Secretary DeVos fail to see: the privatization of our school system does not ensure student success. Teachers and students alike suffer from the shift from public to private education—not because private schools are inherently worse (in fact, private schools have long been considered the best option for Puerto Rican families who can afford it) but because redirecting public funds into private systems creates widespread and immediate potential for corruption. Puerto Rico should not be Keleher’s self-described “laboratory” to test out her and DeVos’s preferred education model—but at least we now have more proof that this model does not work. (In fact, we already had proof, as Senator Bernie Sanders pointed out when he criticized Keleher’s policies, comparing them to what was implemented in New Orleans after Hurricane Katrina.) We must learn from the failures of the past (and present) to ensure that when the next disaster hits, we are prepared to make the transition and recovery period as stable as possible for American children.

Former Puerto Rico Governor Ricardo Rosselló’s resignation announcement late Wednesday night came after a series of large protests on the island after his controversial and vulgar text messages were leaked.
But prior to the leaks, the island’s political sphere was already in turmoil after two of Rosselló’s former cabinet members — former Education Secretary Julia Keleher and former chief of Health Insurance Administration Ángela Ávila-Marrero — were arrested by the FBI on charges of conspiracy, wire fraud, theft of government funds, and money laundering. Keleher, whose fraud case contributed to the unrest on the island, has significant ties to the Philadelphia area. Here’s a look at her local connections, and role in recent news in Puerto Rico. Who is Julia Keleher? Keleher is a Philadelphia-area native who became Puerto Rico’s education secretary, overseeing a sometimes-stormy tenure before resigning a few months before her arrest. Keleher grew up in Delaware County and attended Cardinal O’Hara High School, the University of Pennsylvania for undergrad, and the University of Delaware for her doctor of education. For a large part of the early 2000s, she worked for the Red Clay School District in Wilmington, Del., before founding her own company in 2009. Since she was an outsider in Puerto Rican government, there was some outrage when she became the education secretary in 2017. When did it all go downhill for the Philly native? In April, Keleher resigned after several controversies and criticisms from citizens. During her tenure, she closed nearly a quarter of Puerto Rico’s public schools following Hurricane Maria. She also opened the first charter school on the island. But the worst was to come. On July 10, she was arrested with five others on numerous charges, including allegedly sending more than $15 million in federal education funds to unqualified contractors for her own personal gain. This aided the start of the wide range of protests that have made headlines for over a week, and ended in the governor’s resignation. What prompted the massive protests in Puerto Rico? Keleher and Ávila-Marrero’s arrests prompted protests after it was revealed they were funneling government funds into businesses they had personal ties to. The allegations of corruption in the government sparked feelings of neglect from the leadership in Puerto Rico’s citizens — feelings likely left over from the aftermath of Hurricane Maria.
